  Most single custom pieces ship in 2–7 business days after design approval. Batch or complex builds may take 5–21 days. We confirm timeline in your quote before production starts.

• What files can I send for a custom design?+

  You can share sketches, photos, mood boards, STL/OBJ files, or written dimensions. Our team can also model from scratch during a consultation.

• Which materials do you offer?+

  We commonly print in PLA, PLA+, PETG, and specialty finishes depending on the product. Material is matched to durability, look, and budget for each project.

• Do you support multi-color printing?+

  Yes — we offer multi-filament prints with clean color transitions for decor, figurines, and branded pieces. Color proofing is included for production runs.

• Do you ship outside Jakarta?+

  Yes, we ship across Indonesia via trusted couriers. Local pickup or studio visits are available by appointment.

• Can I request design revisions?+

  Absolutely. Custom design packages include revision rounds. For ready-made products, minor tweaks may be quoted separately before printing.
